Shipping policy

Every order ships from United Arab Emirates and will be processed in 1-3 business days of the order date. Please allow time for us to package and ship your items. 

UAE:
  • Free shipping on orders over AED 399.
  • Standard Shipping takes 1-4 days to most locations.
  • Additional shipping options are available at checkout and prices are calculated automatically.

International:

  • International shipping takes 10-15 working days to most locations. 
  • Additional shipping options are available at checkout.
  • If customer is unable to receive shipment and the shipment is returned to Hayabti by international courier, no refund will be re-issued. Please note the delivery fee would have already been paid by Hayabti to the delivery company, meaning return of the package would lead to a loss. A partial refund MINUS delivery+payment charges is SUBJECT TO CIRCUMSTANCES.
